Shane truly makes a difference with his outstanding service, always ensuring guests feel well taken care of. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, as I found my room spotless during my stay. Enjoying the homemade dishes was a treat, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. However, occasional noise from other guests was sometimes disruptive, and the pool area could benefit from better maintenance.

The hot, strong shower delivered a solid start to the day. The bed felt fairly comfortable, making for decent rest after a long journey.

Only one ice machine located on the first floor, taking around five minutes for a cup of ice. Pool closed despite it being summer, no breakfast or coffee provided, room carpets stained and dirty, and a clock radio that didn’t work. Additionally, smoke odor lingered in a no-smoking room, leaving a less-than-ideal impression.

Shane really makes a difference here! He goes above and beyond for guests, and the rooms are always clean. Hot water was great after a long day, but the mold in the first room was a bummer. Overall, a decent stay.

The King Non-Smoking room was clean, but the ice machine on the first floor was inconvenient and slow.

I truly appreciated the cleanliness of my room during my stay at Fairbridge Inn Express Whitley City. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, especially Ann at the front desk, who ensured I had everything I needed. The value for money was excellent.

Family friendly place, makes you feel at home

Had a great time using the hot tub,, it was really relaxing and a nice way to unwind after driving all day. Shane,, the staff member there, even remembered my name from previous visits which made me feel welcomed.

Not exactly cheap,, but still worth the visit.

fairbridge inn express has a decent location that's easy to get to. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which was really well maintained. it's also good for a cozy stay, especially if you’re looking for something more comfortable.
